Vendor Application

If you are planning on being a food vendor for the festival; you must download and fill out the Application for Temporary Health Permit and submit the applicable fee. It is important this is done or you will not be allowed to serve food on this day. By becoming a vendor for the Blue Ridge Blues & BBQ Festival, your business agrees to abide by all health and sanitation regulations set forth by The Commonwealth of Virginia and The City of Roanoke. I also understand my business is responsible for all local and state sales tax incurred from sales from the Blue Ridge Blues & BBQ Festival. In addition, I agree to pay the Blue Ridge Blues Society 10% of total gross sales from the Blue Ridge Blues & BBQ Festival.
